Hello Everybody! Were very close on the finish line and not feeling that good... Exercise time is really long and having all that time has been hard. Also in Colombia this week was a long weekend which makes ir easier for me to cheat on the diet (specially with drinks!)
Until now, Im feeling that the PCP has taught me self control. Now I can eat aware of what food cad do to my body and exercise too.

These days have been tough but also positive. Last weekend I went out to party and unfortunately I couldnt resist on having some drinks! Thats the tough part but at least I got my motivation.... everybody told me that I was really thin! These was cool because even though I know im skinnier, I thought that it wasnt so noticeable!
With the exercises Im having trouble with my knees but I hope to start doing other exercises that help me with it!

Well Hello everyone!!! Sorry for not being in touch but I was on a trip to Chicago and I didnt have that much access to Internet.
Last week was a very tough one for me because not being at home and having to eat in restaurants is very difficult to keep up with the PCP.
What I did see is that my habits are changing and each time I desired less a big Mc Donalds or any other trash food (also I started to realize how salty normal people eat jeje). For the exercises I did a very good job until day 5 when tireness beat me over. There were some days when I came to the hotel very late and tired. Of the 5 days missing, I could only do jumprope on two and the rest were blanked :(. At least I walked a lot and that could replace all the exercise that I missed.
Again in Bogota its all going to be the same so lets keep up with PCP!!!

Heyyy! Lasts days have been tough!! Last weekend I was on my rest farm and everybody brought tempting food! I did my best to only eat what I was supposed to, but I think I could have done a better job.
Next week Im going to have another challenge, Im heading to Chicago a NY and I now it will be hard to stay focused and dont commit any sin! I need support from yall!!

Hey yall ... Last night was a great thing for me. I went out at night to a place and didn´t had a single drink. I had a good time and also I realized that having a great night without drinking is possible! Unfortunately the weather wasnt so good.
No carbs at night have been difficult because I dont know what to eat with the protein and vegetables. I have been doing eggs with vegetables and chop suey type of food.
The exercises are good until now and Im starting to see some results. The flickr photo ill post it tomorrow as soon as I get the pic (my gf took it and didnt send it).

Day 12
The experience of working out my body has been really interesting. I have realized that some muscles of my body are strong while others need more strength. Push-ups are the most hard of doing and I have been doing a big effort of resisting all the sets as were said.
On the other hand, having to eat home made food has been really exciting for me! At the beggining I thought that cooking without salt was going to be a big deal, but until now I have managed to eat well without it. Ive been really careful with the amounts and I beleive they are really good until now! jejeje.
I wonder when do we really start seeing physical changes in our bodies.... If we saw a little bit of advance that would help a lot our morale to keep up working even harder.
