Heyyy! Lasts days have been tough!! Last weekend I was on my rest farm and everybody brought tempting food! I did my best to only eat what I was supposed to, but I think I could have done a better job.

Next week Im going to have another challenge, Im heading to Chicago a NY and I now it will be hard to stay focused and dont commit any sin! I need support from yall!!

If anybody has tips please let me know!

  1. Plan ahead as much as you can! I notice the times when I come close to cheating or on other diets when I have cheated have alomst 99% of the time been becuase I wasn't prepared. Righ now I weigh out and cook everything the day before so the next day I already have it as done which makes it easy, the days I don't are a pain. It's hard when you are on the road but lots of places have menus online so if you have to eat out you can look ahead of time and see what they have. Then when you get there you can order that fish, chicken whatever and ask them to grill it (no oil and no salt) and to sub veggies for other stuff. Veggies are cheaper than most protein sources so usually they don't mind.
