Hello Everybody! Were very close on the finish line and not feeling that good... Exercise time is really long and having all that time has been hard. Also in Colombia this week was a long weekend which makes ir easier for me to cheat on the diet (specially with drinks!)
Until now, Im feeling that the PCP has taught me self control. Now I can eat aware of what food cad do to my body and exercise too.
Try to have as many perfect PCP days as possible between now and day 90 --- you'll be glad you did. You will still see changes in these last 8 days if you do.
