Hey yall ... Last night was a great thing for me. I went out at night to a place and didn´t had a single drink. I had a good time and also I realized that having a great night without drinking is possible! Unfortunately the weather wasnt so good.
No carbs at night have been difficult because I dont know what to eat with the protein and vegetables. I have been doing eggs with vegetables and chop suey type of food.
The exercises are good until now and Im starting to see some results. The flickr photo ill post it tomorrow as soon as I get the pic (my gf took it and didnt send it).

Your egg should go with breakfast and pick a lean meat with your vegetables at night. I don't know your specific diet but it might be that you are ONLY suppose to have protein and vege at night (nothing else with it).
ReplyDeleteGreat job on resisting the alcohol. It's not easy to tell yourself no, but the feeling after you've done that is VERY rewarding. Think about what you want to look like on day 90 when deciding whether to "cheat" or not. All these small good choices will end up showing you big results on day 90! It's worth it, Lukas! Way to blog it out! Keep it up.
I went out last week and didn't drink either. It was a lot easier than I thought it would be (cheaper too) :-) Harder today when I had a crap day and everyone was drinking wine but I knew I just wanted it because of the bad day and not because I was missing the taste so much.
